GrowMark Digital does not require long-term contracts. Monthly services can be cancelled at any time. This policy explains how cancellation works, what happens to your website, and your options for downscaling rather than cancelling everything.
Any monthly service can be cancelled at any time with no penalty and no notice period required. To cancel, contact us at info@growmarkdigital.co.uk or through your client account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after that point.
If you cancel hosting (£15/mo + VAT), your website will go offline. There will no longer be a live website at your domain. This is the one service that keeps your site on the internet — without it, your website ceases to exist from the perspective of your customers.
If you are considering cancelling all services to save money, we strongly recommend keeping hosting as a minimum. At £15/mo + VAT, it is the most cost-effective way to maintain your online presence while pausing other services.
You do not have to cancel everything at once. Any combination of services is valid. For example:
There is no minimum service requirement beyond hosting. You can restart any cancelled service at any time — there are no re-setup fees.
If you chose to pay upfront for 3, 6 or 12 months to receive a discount, your commitment period will run to its end date before reverting to monthly billing. We are unable to provide partial refunds for unused periods of an upfront commitment.
Your website files belong to you. If you choose to cancel hosting and move your website to another provider, we will provide a complete file transfer at no charge. Please allow up to 5 working days for file preparation and handover.
If you cancel after your website build has begun but before it goes live, we will invoice for work completed to the point of cancellation. If you paid upfront and the build has not commenced, a full refund will be issued.
We will confirm cancellation by email within 1 working day.
